Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the GameView Armada staff TV-control app at gameviewarmada.com and the SMS access-code program that supports it. By using the app or receiving program messages, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

GameView Armada lets approved staff of a participating venue control that venue's televisions — switching inputs, changing channels, scheduling EverPass events, and adjusting volume and closed captions. Access requires the venue's site code plus a personal daily access code delivered by text message (or email fallback).

2. Eligibility and accounts

• The app is for staff of participating venues only — it is not a consumer service.
• You are enrolled by your venue's manager or owner with your consent; the venue controls who is approved and can revoke access at any time.
• Access codes are personal. Don't share your code; actions taken with it are logged under your name for the venue's audit records.

3. SMS / text-messaging terms

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment or of any purchase. If you opt out, your manager can give you a daily code another way.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• How we handle your number is described in the SMS Privacy Policy. Opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the app only at venues where you are an approved user, for legitimate operation of that venue's televisions.
• Don't attempt to guess codes, access other venues, probe the service, or interfere with other users' sessions.
• The venue's management may monitor, limit, or revoke your access at its discretion; all control actions are recorded.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. Daily codes expire and may be rotated or disabled by your venue without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameView / DTV GameControl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or the messaging program, including missed or delayed messages or unavailability of TV control.

7. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially we will update this page and its effective date. Continued use of the app or receipt of messages after a change constitutes acceptance.
