GameView Armada sends short text messages — a daily access code — to venue staff members who have been approved to use the GameView Armada TV-control app at their workplace. This policy explains what we collect for those messages, how it is used, and how to stop receiving them.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their own use. Your number is used for one thing: sending you your venue's daily access code.
You are enrolled by your venue's manager or owner, with your consent, through the GameView management portal. Enrollment is limited to staff who need to operate the venue's televisions. We do not enroll consumers, purchase contact lists, or send marketing messages of any kind.
Approximately one message per day: your personal access code for the GameView Armada app, with a link to gameviewarmada.com. Occasionally a replacement code may be sent the same day if your venue rotates codes. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your carrier.
Opting out ends the text messages; your manager can still give you a code by other means.
Your name and number are used solely to deliver access codes and to keep an accountability record of app activity for your venue. We share your number only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio Inc.) strictly to transmit the messages, and only for as long as needed to deliver them. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with any third party for marketing.
Contact details remain on file while you are an approved user at your venue and are deleted when your venue removes you. Delivery and activity records are retained for up to 180 days for billing and audit, then purged. Data is stored on access-controlled systems; access codes expire daily and can be revoked by your venue at any time.
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and its effective date. Continued receipt of messages after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
